Surf rock comes out from all over the place. Sometimes it doesn't make sense, but that just goes to show what I've been saying all along. Surf rock is all about the mentality. You can be in an endless summer anywhere. As Bedouin Soundclash have shown, even Canada.
With a steady walking bass line groove over a djembe and all around up-beat happy feel, this song is the epitome of surf rock jam. Their themes stick to the essentials nature, pretty women and wild rebels. They really have a rebel fetish. They even recently named their independent record label Pirate Blend Records. I can't blame them though. Pirates are pretty sweet.
My favorite song from them is "When the Night Feels My Song" It is a nice tune about hiking in the wilderness(of Canada I guess?) It gets dark as he is climbing, but he's not worried about it. Nature is a chill bro just like him. When he sings his song, the night feels his soul, and he feels at home. If you want to check out more of their music grab the album Sounding a Mosaic. It is their strongest by far.
